If you'd like to trigger custom behavior at a pre-defined point in customer campaigns, implement a URL that can receive the following (sample) JSON from Churn Buster.

You have control over the name  of the event, and can either send multiple webhook types (with different name's) to the same webhook URL, or you can have multiple webhook URLs where Churn Buster delivers webhooks.

Once you've implemented that webhook receiver, contact [email protected] to let us know the URL, and we can finish setup on our end.
