Is your company managing subscription billing outside of Stripe? Either in-house, or using a 3rd party tool like ClickFunnels, MemberMouse, etc?
With Customers and Cards stored in Stripe, all you need to manually notify us of are subscription cancelations (or pauses/delays), so that we can stop emailing a customer if they happen to be in a recovery campaign.
How to notify Churn Buster of cancelations:
